THE PROGRAM utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET) approach that is influenced by the principles and teachings of Narcotics Anonymous (NA) and Alcoholics Anonymous (AA).  We believe that addiction and recovery are not one dimensional and a holistic approach focusing on mind, body and spirit is essential to the therapeutic process if long lasting changes are the goal.  The primary components of our program include individual counseling and psycho-education/process groups and lectures.  Within each component, a range of modalities and topics are taken into consideration in order to provide our clients with a well rounded treatment experience and address issues they may face both in recovery from substances and in attempting to live life by more pro-social means/ideals in that they begin to utilize more effective coping skills and abide by rules and regulations as sober individuals.  THE PROGRAM utilizes a phase system to provide clients with different requirements, obligations and privileges based upon their progression throughout the treatment process.
